Sesame Green Beans
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Toast sesame seeds over medium heat (gently swirling the pan almost constantly) until they turn a nice golden brown color.
Add oil and green beans to sesame seeds and toss.
Add broth and cover. Cook green beans for 5-7 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved.
Salt and pepper, to taste, and serve.
Rinse and clean the green beans by pinching off their stems and tails (and snapping them in half if they are long). If using frozen beans, rinse under hot water until they begin to thaw.
Dissolve part of a bullion cube in water to make 1/4 c. broth.
